• Client money protection: we don’t hold client money. Tenants pay rent and deposits directly to landlords, and landlords are responsible for protecting tenancy deposits, so we are not a member of a client money protection scheme.

We take care to make sure property details on this site are accurate and up to date, but they are prepared from information provided by sellers and landlords and are intended as a general guide only. In particular:

• Descriptions, measurements, floor areas, photographs and plans are approximate and for illustration only.
